Viswasanthi Educational Society has taken its roots at Vuyyuru in 1975 as a registered society under the societies registration act XXI of 1860 with a great vision, mission & passion of Mrs. & Mr. M. Subramaneyswara Rao. Sri Viswasanthi English Medium High School came into existence at Gandigunta Village with a modest strength of 7 students on 22.02.1975. It is the first English medium school in a rural area of Krishna District, now the institution has grown in leaps and bounds with a present strength of 4500 students from 22 states with a motto “Education and Discipline”.

The vision of the society is the child’s all-round development of personality i.e. to develop the child physically, mentally, socially, morally, emotionally, aesthetically and spiritually. To transform the student into a knowledgeable and productive citizen of India through quality education.
Achievement of these goals and implementation of innovative strategies is our mission our school emblem consists of flying pigeon with a twig in its beak, a symbol of peace and spreading the peace throughout the globe. Our motto is “Education-Discipline” i.e. to foster self-discipline through complete education and to mold the student to face the challenges of the future with confidence.
Let me share a word on the campus. We never compromise with the quality we confer. We have the abundant firepower to read our goals in the form of dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff, complete infrastructure and commanding management. Teaching and learning on the campus are fun and interactive and knowledge oriented with value education. We have a system of nature the students according to their IQ to channelize them into the mainstream of life. Students are trained to take both academic and competitive exams with a concrete schedule and measure the growth of the individual through weekend tests. Having seen the performance of the students the laggards are taken care of to lift their performance in the future and final examinations. Our prime importance is to get all the students equipped with LIFE SKILLS.
A sound mind in a sound body echoes at SRI VISWASANTHI and prompts us to be early birds to keep body and mind equilibrium. A child’s day begins with Yoga and morning exercises to stay fit. We have professional coaches in martial arts like Karate and Kung-Fu to train our Viswasanthians. Students take an interest in both indoor and outdoor sport. Proficient and certified PETs train the pupils in Skating, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Kabaddi, Cricket athletics and so on. Exclusive music and dance classes are held. The campus reverberates with extra, scholastic and co-curricular activities throughout the year. Students with intellectual horizon can utilize our well-outfitted Library to the optimum level. Workshops, Seminars, guest lecturers and Quiz programmes keep our students very vivacious and updated.
The L shaped three storied VISWASANTHI citadel with the length of half a kilometer – long is a spectacular Fortress with 400 rooms. The kingdom of VISWASANTHI is a dream campus built in 80 acres. All the classrooms have been built in the Gurukula model on sprawling lush soil with expansive playground and a vast green square carpet in front of BhuvanaVijayam at the center of the campus with blossoming trees all around. VISWASANTHI has been able to acquire the three prestigious wings of NCC – Army, Navy and Air wings. We train and get our students ready for national service at any time. Our cadets represent Andhra Pradesh in New Delhi every year. Another salient feature of our campus is our own dairy farm to produce as much as high-quality milk as possible to nourish our children. Our Jersey buffaloes and cows naturally produce high-quality milk as compared to average milk. A glass of jersey milk has greater than nutritional value 15% to 20% more protein, 15% to 18% more calcium and 10% to 12% more phosphorous and also considerable higher levels of an essential vitamin, B12, Our nutrient – dense jersey milk tastes better. There are plenty of ways to cook up juicy and flavourful food without adding tons of unnecessary extras. We have excellent chefs in our cooking department to serve food according to the taste of our children. We employ highly nutritious, hygienic steam cooking methods.
VISWASANTHI always aims at academic excellence of the students. Topmost priority is given to academics and students are continuously assessed through chapter wise tests. IIT and Medical foundation courses are taught systematically by experienced faculty. Preference is given to Olympiads of Science, Math’s and English and so on to enable Viswasanthians to face all sorts of competitive examination boldly. Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is a part of our curriculum at the campus. Verbal and visual teaching go together. We are positive in our approach towards the children and make them realize their goals all the time.
